Building Your Surrey Padel Court

Bespoke Design & Planning

Each Surrey project begins with a full topographical and soil assessment to determine bearing capacity and drainage profiles. Using BIM-enabled 3D modelling, our design team develops custom layouts that optimise court orientation, minimise light spill, and comply with Surrey County Council's environmental policies.

We manage the entire planning process—including noise impact assessments, ILP GN01:2021-compliant lighting reports, and Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) documentation—ensuring a smooth, evidence-based approval pathway.

Projects range from full panoramic padel courts in Cobham to multi-court facilities at golf and leisure clubs in Guildford and Woking.

Precision Groundworks & Foundations

Surrey’s variable geology—from clay soils in the north to chalk and sand formations in the south—demands engineered sub-base systems that guarantee stability and drainage.

Our standard specification includes:

  • Excavation to 650 mm depth and Type 1 MOT sub-base compaction to 95 % MDD.

  • 300 mm reinforced concrete ring beam with integrated surface drainage channels (1:100 fall).

  • Permeable asphalt base layer meeting SuDS hierarchy requirements for Surrey local authorities.

Professional Court Installation

All Surrey padel courts are fitted with EN 12150-1 tempered glass (12 mm) and powder-coated structural mesh fencing, anchored through epoxy-bonded dowels into the foundation beam.

Playing surfaces feature FIFA Quality Pro synthetic turf or silica-sand infill systems, designed for consistent ball rebound and traction. Each installation includes:

  • LED Floodlighting (500 lux average) with full cut-off hoods to prevent overspill.

  • Acoustic-dampening panels where required by planning conditions.

  • Smart control gear for timer-based curfews and energy optimisation.

Our installation teams operate under CHAS and SMAS safety accreditations, ensuring all works comply with CDM 2015.

If you need a padel court in Elmbridge, Surrey Heath, Runnymede or Leatherhead, we are ready to assist.
