Frequently Asked Questions - Full Panoramic Padel Court

A flat concrete slab with ±3 mm levelness over the court footprint is essential for stability. Anchor bolts are set in cast sleeves during the pour, so precise placement drawings must be submitted before slab works. Standard anchor spacing and load calculations are provided in our installation guide to ensure your foundation integrates seamlessly with the steel framework.

Routine care keeps your court in peak condition:

  • Weekly: Brush turf to redistribute sand, clear debris, and check net tension

  • Quarterly: Top-up infill sand, torque-check steel and glass fixings, treat moss or algae on shaded outdoor courts

  • Annually: Service visit for deep-carpet cleaning, line repainting, and net strap replacement

These simple tasks preserve warranties and extend turf life to 5–7 years.

We back every court with industry-leading guarantees:

  • Steel framework: 5-year anti-corrosion warranty

  • Tempered glass: 5-year breakage warranty

  • LED lighting: 3-year performance warranty
Following our maintenance schedule is required to keep these warranties valid.

Our Full Panoramic Court excels in all settings:

  • Indoor halls with HVAC integration and clear-height requirements met

  • Outdoor parks and clubs—wind-resistant to 140 km/h and UV-protected

  • Rooftop terraces structurally assessed for point loads

  • Commercial centers, blending aesthetics with spectator-friendly design

Beyond the concrete slab, plan for:

  • Drainage and stormwater management to avoid pooling

  • Electrical supply routed to floodlight columns (typically 400 V three-phase)

  • Access for delivery trucks and crane or lifting equipment for panel placement
Early coordination with your contractor ensures uninterrupted installation.

Typical lead times range from 6–10 weeks:

  • 2–4 weeks for component fabrication and quality checks

  • 2–4 weeks for shipping, customs clearance, and local logistics

  • 3–10 days onsite for assembly, depending on court quantity and site conditions

Plan your project timeline accordingly to align groundworks, material delivery, and assembly crews.
